farewell, remaining money

...and so it begins. not only did we buy four gallons of paint: terra cotta for the office, snow drop for our room and some green i can't remember the name of. it's sage-y, for the guest room, but we also bought a washer and dryer! FRONT LOADER!!! yay! and lights for the walkway outside.

tom also bought the world's smallest lawn mower. i imagine it will take him 19 hours to cut the grass on sunday. but he is VERY excited. poor bastard.

Love, love, LOVE the house! And after your description, I pictured Tom mowing the lawn all hunched over with a mini-me sized mower. It looked pretty normal to me. Next time I bring wine and leave Thomas at home!!!

dude, that is a pocket-sized lawn mower. also? it started pouring while he was mowing and he had to run screaming to the shed with our precious $110 investment. hee!

Holy hell! Are they going to give you, like I dunno, a free siding job? Jesus. Home improvement stores will certainly have something waiting for us in heaven, girl...

You will be going to Home Depot/Menards, etc. EVERY WEEKEND for awhile, trust me.
